Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Technician/warehouse to join our team.



Arranging the delivery of the material from/to warehouse.

Assist in the planning and execution of delivery of MEP Valves and working closely with engineers.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP systems.

Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues to suit specific on-site construction requirements.

Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring all materials and equipment are stored properly.

Handle the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and parts.

Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.

Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries to customers.

Repair and replace defective parts, utilizing hand tools and machinery.

Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.

Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Carry out daily plant operation and procedures.

Requirements

Should have a minimum of 3 years of Mechanical Technician experience in Warehouse and Operation.

Assembling and fitting small pipe systems valves, and fittings.

Understanding of Assemble, installing, and maintain various types of valves.

Performing leak tests, pressure tests, and other quality control checks to ensure that the systems are free from leaks and are functioning correctly and efficiently.

understand maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and controls.

Strong technical skills and ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.

Functional knowledge of mechanical components (valves, pipe fittings, flow meters, pumps, etc.)

Note: Driving License is a Must.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
