Job Announcement: Mechanical Technical Manager

We at [A&M INTERNATIONAL] are looking for a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Mechanical Technical Manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all technical operations and maintenance of mechanical systems.

Manage a team of mechanical technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and with high quality.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

Monitor the performance of equipment and mechanical systems to ensure their effectiveness.

Provide technical support and advice to other departments.

Supervise the execution of technical projects and ensure they meet specifications.

Skills Required:

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and management.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/Engineer.

Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Proven ability to manage and meet project timelines and budgets.
