Mechanical Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE and with advance knowledge in all areas of Mechanical engineering. Holder of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• - Assists in providing technical direction and on-the-job training to supervised staff
- Assigns and coordinates work to Drafters, Mechanical Technicians and Assistant Mechanical Technicians
- Conducts Tool Box Meetings when required
Assumes the lead supervisory role on critical issues to be resolved
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as Mechanical Engineering Manager within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE.
• Advance knowledge in all areas of Mechanical engineering.
• Holder of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient and able to provide relevant team and technical support
• Excellent communication skills.
