Mechanical Sales Engineer
This full-time on-site role in Dubai requires a Mechanical Sales Engineer who will undertake the following responsibilities:
• Create and foster enduring, profitable relationships with company clients to promote product sales within the designated area.
• Engage with mechanical engineers, consultants, procurement, and contractors to ensure successful product specifications.
• Provide job quotes based on client project requirements.
• Expand sales within the assigned territory, focusing on existing and new accounts.
• Grow sales by establishing relationships with new contractors and furthering sales with existing ones.
• Act as a valuable technical advisor, guiding the engineering and contractor community from the project's design phase through to commissioning.
• Identify and nurture new business contacts and opportunities.
• Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends.
• Prioritize effectively based on financial impact for business objectives.
• Collaborate with inside and outside sales and corporate staff to meet customer requirements.
• Complete essential reports (scheduling, target accounts, call reports, expenses, etc.).
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Surpass sales targets through proactive efforts.
• Manage intricate negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Establish enduring rapport and relationships with customers.
• Embrace new technologies and demonstrate business acumen.
Qualifications:
• Education : Diploma in Mechanical, B.E Mechanical, B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• Experience : Minimum of two years in HVAC/MEP/Mechanical sales. Established client relationships in the local territory are a plus.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Autodesk Product Design Suite (specifically AutoCAD, Navisworks Simulate, AutoCAD Raster Design, Autodesk Recap), Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion 360.
• HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems such as Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems, etc.
• Technical Communication: Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Industry Knowledge: A firm understanding of HVAC systems, components, and equipment.
• Sales Proficiency: Strong sales skills for proposals, closing deals, and customer retention. Ability to promote products and assist mechanical engineers and contractors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Independence: Ability to work independently.
• Presentations: Conduct quality product presentations and meetings.
• Motivation: Highly self-motivated individual to obtain orders for the products represented.
• Organization: Excellent follow-through, time management, and contact management skills.
• Customer Service: Must exhibit superior customer service skills.
• Driving License: UAE Driving license is mandatory.
Offered Benefits & Eligibility Criteria:
• Salary Range: AED 3500 - AED 5000 per month, plus additional performance bonuses and comprehensive health benefits.
• Location : Dubai, UAE.
• Eligibility: Candidate must be available in the UAE.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Licence Requirement: Applicants should hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Availability: Immediate joining required.
• 2 years GCC OR UAE Experience is mandatory.
