Job Description

- Review project requirements, compiling procedures, and other deliverables as required by the contract.

- Prepare scope of work (SOW) document for subcontract tenders; resolve technical queries; and complete technical bid evaluation (TBE) for PRs/SRs to clients and submit to the contracts department for commercial evaluation.

- Manage vendors and subcontractors as PMT lead by providing project priorities and guiding with project requirements, while determining and resolving bottlenecks and approving invoices.

- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors on related activities.

- Analyze material take-offs and co-ordinate for PRs in accordance with MRs received from the engineering department.

- Administer yards in mechanical completion activities by coordinating punch list closures.

- Initiate correspondences with clients, subcontractors, and third parties, while leading meetings, monitoring progress, and formulating reports.

- Actively engage the bid preparation for new tenders, while working on a project.

- Supporting and providing input to early project planning and execution coordination efforts.

- Determine project specification by studying product design, client requirements and performance standards.

- Providing input to project execution-planning deliverables. Monitoring the implementation of execution activities and ensuring the development and review of appropriate plans, procedures, and programs for effective execution.

- Coordinating between project discipline leads to support project-wide deliverables within the appropriate project schedule.

- Ensure all procedures, drawings and calculations are submit for client review and follow-up for approvals.

- Capturing and communicating lessons learned for the project Ensuring constructability plans are in place and are being implemented Coordinate with Construction and engineering sections on matters that need clarification Coordination & Follow up Subcontractor progress work.

- Facilitate meetings with other project disciplines, to ensure that facilities are considered in their design and decision-making processes, and attend construction meeting and management coordination meeting Review and update scope of work documents produced by the respective functional departments, client etc. to develop the execution methodology.

- Prepare and implement project execution plan, review the project schedule along with the project planner.

- Maintain project schedule by coordinating activities, monitoring progress and resolving issues.

- Coordinate and ensure that engineering is carry out in accordance with the specifications and schedule. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the procurement activities in line with the project schedule and ensure on time receipt of Free Issue Materials from client.

- Coordinate with production & QC department for the day-to-day progress and execution of work in line with project schedule and QA/QC plan.

- Recommend improvements to the departmental policy and implement the procedures as required. Ensure compliance to all QHSE procedures and controls. Management and control of interfaces with third parties (client and suppliers) for all project works. Involve in negotiation of contract settlements with third parties (client and suppliers).

- Preparation for Project kick off meeting and Charring for same, and explaining detail project outcome.

- Reviewing structural and piping ITP and training/development of people working in the project.

- Support in Construction team, quality, safety and act as a single point of contact with client.

- Reviewing Project Planning in Primavera software, Invoicing, and Cash Flow monitoring.

- Supervision of project team members throughout each project

- Preparations of project close out report and follow up for certificate of completion from client

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
