: Mechanical Project Engineer (Construction Industry)

Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical systems in construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are met. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets for mechanical engineering aspects. Lead the design and specification of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other relevant systems. Review and approve mechanical system designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. Provide technical expertise in the selection of materials, equipment, and construction methods. Ensure the mechanical systems meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the quality and progress of mechanical installations. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during construction and installation phases. Manage project costs for mechanical systems, including procurement of materials and equipment. Provide cost estimates and monitor expenses, ensuring adherence to the approved budget. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for the timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure all mechanical systems and installations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines. Promote and enforce safety standards on-site, ensuring that workers adhere to safety protocols. Ensure all documentation for mechanical systems is up to date and accurate for regulatory compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for all mechanical engineering-related inquiries and concerns. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients. Maintain open communication channels with all team members and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution. Identify and resolve mechanical-related issues and challenges promptly and efficiently. Provide innovative solutions to improve system performance, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Oversee the final testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems to the client. Ensure proper documentation, training, and support are provided for ongoing maintenance and operation of mechanical systems.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
