Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer

A leading MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractor in Dubai is seeking two experienced Mechanical Project Engineers to join their team. The ideal candidates must have 10-15 years of experience in MEP project execution, particularly in HVAC, piping, ducting, and equipment installations. This role requires immediate availability and involves overseeing project execution, ensuring technical compliance, and maintaining industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of MEP mechanical installations, including HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and equipment setup.

Review and interpret mechanical and MEP drawings to ensure precise execution.

Prepare and submit material submittals for client and consultant approval.

Ensure strict compliance with MEP project specifications, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

Manage and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Notes (SONs).

Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Prepare and update As-Built drawings and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

10-15 years of experience in mechanical project execution, preferably in the MEP industry.

Proven expertise in HVAC, piping, ductwork, and equipment installations.

Strong ability to read and review mechanical and MEP drawings and coordinate site execution.

Experience in preparing material submittals, handling NCRs, SONs, and updating As-Built drawings.

Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Must be available to join immediately.
