Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Design and Development: Collaborate with design teams to develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies, utilizing CAD software and engineering principles.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and analysis to support project decisions, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering practices adhere to industry standards and company policies, conducting reviews and tests as necessary.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, tracking expenses and providing reports to stakeholders.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical project engineering or a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and simulation software.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
