Mechanical Project Engineer Building & Construction Experience
Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 to 10 years experience as a Project Engineer - Mechanical in Building & Construction Field/ Villas, High-rise Building projects
Experience in EMMAR Project is preferable
Should have sound knowledge in MEP Design, site execution, Material submittal review, attending consultant meetings and work completion as a project planned schedules.
Able to coordinate other MEP Services in coordination with ARc. Str. and Id
Highlights:
• Oversees the mechanical aspects of construction projects.
• Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection in buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Creating design plans, coordinating with architects and other engineers, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, managing project budgets and timelines, and troubleshooting mechanical issues during construction.
• Effective communication, technical expertise in mechanical systems, and a strong understanding of construction processes are essential for this role.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
