Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP (Mechanical and Plumbing ) Design engineer /Draftsman to join our contracting company in Dubai. The MEP Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for Plumping and HVAC coordination in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MEP engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design:

• Develop detailed Plumbing drawings, layouts, and schematics based on project specifications and engineering designs.
• Preparation of coordination drawing with HVAC and other MEP services.
• Detailed study and preparation of section drawings as per the consultant requirement and approvals.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems.
• Create as-built drawings and update drawings based on site changes or modifications.

Coordination:

• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate drafting.

Documentation:

• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and local regulations.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to the project team during construction phases.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues on-site.
