Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and expertise in mechanical engineering, maintenance management, and troubleshooting. This role involves ensuring optimal performance of machinery, managing a team of technicians, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERINECE

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy industries. Professional certifications in mechanical maintenance or reliability engineering. Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices. Driving licence Minimum 5-7 years' experience a supervisor in a senior position with relevant history of maintenance & repairs with an international luxury Hotel Chain, 5-star hotels. Experience with project management, refurbishment, or new opening projects Advanced corrective maintenance experience in HVAC, LPG systems and Firefighting systems. Advanced experience in resolving technical issues. Advanced data management skills AutoCAD or Revit experience Design and build experience of HVAC system

JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical maintenance and repair activities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability. Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance and training. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor and control spare parts inventory, and procurement processes. Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations and equipment optimization. Review and improve mechanical systems, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and performance analysis. Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and maintenance best practices.
