Job Title: Mechanical Site Inspector

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Availability: 0-30 days (Preference for Immediate Joiners)

Experience: Minimum 6+ Years

Preferred Background: Prior experience in Engineering Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

- Monitor the quality and progress of mechanical work on site, ensuring that it is carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.

- Identify and report any deviations or issues on site, coordinating with the project team to implement corrective actions.

- Verify that all materials and equipment used on site meet the required standards and specifications.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, observations, and work progress.

- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of mechanical work.

- Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, progress reports, and other documentation as required.

- Ensure that all health and safety standards are adhered to on site.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Mechanical Site Inspector, specifically in road and wet utilities projects.

- Prior experience working with an engineering consultancy is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues on site.

- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
