Mechanical Inspector
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipments and construction/installation activities on site.
Inspects projects to ensure structural and architectural components are in compliance with all building codes.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnose mechanical problems
Interpret technical drawings and schematics
Create inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and maintenance teams
Provide recommendations for improving equipment performance and safety
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical systems.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Experience in mechanical inspection or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in Construction/Consultancy
