Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC Foreman to oversee and coordinate the mechanical, plumbing aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical/MEP systems, proven leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing site activities
• Ensure the continuity of work by following up on shop drawing approvals.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical works, including HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and green building requirements.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3+ years experience as a Mechanical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC systems and their installation.
• Familiarity with local building codes and green building requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
