We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to understand the mechanical scope of work.

- Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.

- Conduct quantity take-offs and analyze project requirements to ensure accurate cost forecasting.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project scope and requirements.

- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with the mechanical aspects of projects.

- Participate in bid preparation and submission processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.

- Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Provide support during the tendering process, including responding to queries from subcontractors and suppliers.

- Review subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project specifications.

- Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts based on estimates.

-- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimation Engineer in the MEP industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

- Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.

- Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards relevant to mechanical engineering and MEP projects.

- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

- Professional certification in estimation or project management is a plus.

- Preferred the Candidate who can join within the short period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
