Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE and with in-depth knowledge in all areas of Mechanical engineering. Holder of Master of Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the whole team of Mechanical department.
• Fully aware of all mechanical related matters of the project and maintains a full set of the mechanical "As-Built" drawings, specifications, charts, Operation & Maintenance manuals issued by the organisation.
• Manage the project repair controls, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and manpower requirements for repair/refurbishment assignments.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as Mechanical Engineering Manager within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge in all areas of Mechanical engineering.
• Holder of Master of Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of management experience with the ability to manage maintenance team.
• Proficient and able to provide relevant managerial and technical support
• Excellent communication skills.
