Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Your primary focus will be on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment according to established schedules.

Conduct inspections to identify and rectify mechanical issues before they escalate.

Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical failures to determine root causes.

Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete repair tasks promptly.

Implement preventive maintenance procedures to prevent equipment failures.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or similar role in a maintenance environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating and modifying designs.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to mechanical systems.
