- We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer (Electro-Mechanical) with minimum 1-2 years Dubai Experience in Construction of residential and commercial projects

We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Engineer specializing in Plumbing & HVAC to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of advanced plumbing and HVAC systems across various building projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in designing complex systems, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Systems: Lead the design of HVAC and plumbing systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems to meet project specifications.
• Technical Oversight: Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing while ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and local codes.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring quality and efficiency from concept to completion.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, electrical and structural engineers, and construction teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Perform site inspections, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, cost estimates, and maintenance plans to support project completion and operational handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing engineering, with strong project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, TRACE, and other relevant design software.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and controls.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Experience:

• UAE : 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
