Industry: Cement ManufacturingJob Purpose:
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving mechanical systems and equipment used in the production of white cement.Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment for cement production.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Manage Mechanical engineering projects and ensure completion of all projects
Maintaining records of mechanical activities, equipment performance, and project progress
Support commissioning of the plant on time- for the Material Handling, Raw mill section (Roll Press), Pyro section, and Cement mill section with coordination with the internal, and external stakeholders during the project.
Implement and ensure safety protocols to protect workers and equipment
Provide guidance to technicians in the execution of maintenance works
Monitor equipment reliability, analyze failures, and implement measures to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.

Job Requirements:

B.E Mechanical Engineering.
4-8 years of work experience in cement (preferably white cement).
Understanding of ISO 90001.
Conversant with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP/ERP.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as planning and organizing skills.
