Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer in the filed for maintenance works. Preferred candidate must have an experience in UAE and holding a professional driving license.

s:

- Read and interpret all technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

- Preparing floor plants, MEP drawing, modification of layout as per additional requirements & monitor material/work conformances as per civil defense and municipality regulations.

- Monitor the site progress and lead the contractors, Engineering team to ensure proper implementation on site

- Attending meetings for coordination with consultants and contractors

- Estimating annual budget for MEP Works.

- Managing FM operations, maintenance and administration including tendering evaluation, negotiation, finalization, renewal, preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance and payment processing as per SLA of the following: Fire & life safety system, Moving equipment (Lifts/ cradles/ Escalator) MEPC, Garbage chute system, CCTV system and DCD 24x7 monitoring system.

- Liaise with major Gov. authorities such as ADDC, Abu Dhabi Municipality for various projects requirements.

- To ensure for equipment and facilities:

- Implementation of preventive maintenance programs;

- The collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive;

- Co-ordination of maintenance personnel, proposing technical improvements according to the characteristics of said co-ordination;

- Estimate costs and submit bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects, and prepare contract documents.

• Ensure AMC's services and reactive maintenance are carried out as per planned program.

Role functions:

• Direct and integrate all aspects of the project
• Identify and coordinate resources needed
• Manage project budget including risk
• Risk Management and method statement
• Project process and construction documentation
• Effective handling of all clients requests during Defect Liability Period
• Monitoring DLP

Key requirements :

• Must have a minimum of 7 years Fit-Out Facility Engineering experience
• Experience in Fit-Out Project Management
• Degree in Project Management or related field
• Previous Gulf experience required
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.
• Facility Management Experience.
• Good knowledge of MEP / HVAC.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office
• Valid UAE Driver's license

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
