Have experience in Centrifugal chillers. Discuss plant operation status with the previous shift operator, including abnormal situations, equipment status, ongoing maintenance, and safety measures. Check the physical status of equipment, sign the \'Operator visit to equipment\' form, and record any abnormal situations in the \'Shift defects reporting\' form and \'Operator reports logbook\'. Perform scheduled maintenance as per the \'In-house maintenance schedule\'. Assist Client technician if required. Fill out work permit forms for maintenance tasks and check related safety measures. Monitor water treatment chemicals tank levels and perform make-up as required. Clean chemical spills. Dispose of empty chemical cans in designated areas and set up barricades/signage. Check daily the conductivity, and PH level, and twice weekly the phosphonate level of CT water. Clean all equipment and keep the plant room neat and tidy. Follow the emergency response plan. Record parameter readings in the \'Equipment parameters log sheet\'. Scan and save daily reports to the computer if applicable. Record utility readings in the \'Utility parameters log sheet\'. Enter utility readings, maintenance history, and other monthly reporting documents into the computer. Check all equipment oil levels. Perform a monthly inventory of chemicals, first aid boxes, ladder inspection checklist, and tools. Report any unusual events or complaints to the site in-charge and supervisor immediately.
