Job Description

We , Paramount International Contracting LLC is looking for a Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) , at least 10 years of work experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Continually establishes and/or reviews technical design, criteria, and specifications for all mechanical systems.
• Assist with the mechanical design of heating, ventilation, fueling systems, and air conditioning systems plumbing and fire protection for commercial and institutional facilities.
• Work independently and make technical mechanical decisions based on building code interpretation and company standard practice.
• Designing mechanical building systems including HVAC and plumbing.
• Create mechanical building system design plans from engineering concepts.
• Communicate and coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
• Interacts with senior management and senior customer representatives.
• Performing assignments of limited scope and complexity.
• Develops heat load analysis models, flow models, as required for the design of facility systems.
• Generates overall plans, layouts, schematics, flow diagrams, for the concept and implementation phases of projects.
