Job Description

We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work on a variety of projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new mechanical products and systems. In addition, you will also be responsible for supervising the production of these products and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Assist in identifying, evaluating, and recommending solutions to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems design and layout issues

Study plans and blueprints to determine feasibility of design

Make recommendations on equipment selection, including product type, size, capacity, thermal efficiency, energy efficiency, and cost

Review and perform calculations to determine energy efficiency, equipment capacities, heating and cooling requirements, and code compliance and compatibility

Review electrical and plumbing system plans and blueprints to determine feasibility of design

Review and recommend equipment selection, including product type, size, capacity, thermal efficiency, energy efficiency, and cost

Review and recommend HVAC/plumbing/electrical/fire protection systems and design modifications

Review and make recommendations on equipment selection, including product type, size, capacity, thermal efficiency, energy efficiency, and cost

Review and make recommendations on HVAC, plumbing,

Develop, design, and implement integrated electrical, fire safety, and security systems

Requirements

Degree in Engineering related to mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a mechanical engineer

Proven history of delivering high quality mechanical design

Solid understanding of mechanical design processes, materials, and construction techniques

Understanding of building code regulations and standards
