Job Summary

Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings. Strong knowledge of plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. ( Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting HVAC ) Provide technical support and guidance during the installation process and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Proficient in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, or similar). Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and project management abilities. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, Shop drawings & As-built drawings (coordination with drafting team), specifications, and progress reports. Ensure all work is documented by company policies and industry best practices. (WIR, MIR, RFI, Notification Letters, Variation Letters, etc.) Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of all kinds of Local Authority rules and regulations. Having a valid UAE driving license.

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in mechanical or Electrical Field with relevant MEP experience 4-7 years of experience in MEP engineering within a Contracting company. AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools HVAC design software (preferred) Civil Defence certified (advantage)
