We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and execution of complex MEP projects.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer with LAITH ELECTROMECHANICL LLC, you will take on a key leadership role, managing and coordinating mechanical engineering design, analysis, and implementation for a wide variety of projects. This position requires a strong background in the MEP field, technical proficiency, and the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers while ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the mechanical engineering design, analysis, and integration for MEP systems on large-scale projects. Oversee and ensure the proper selection, design, and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Review, evaluate, and approve project designs and calculations. Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.) to ensure seamless project integration. Manage client relations, conduct meetings, and present technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, and sustainability requirements. Perform detailed system analysis, energy modeling, and simulations. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff. Ensure effective communication and documentation throughout all project phases, from concept to commissioning. Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and change orders. Stay updated on the latest developments in mechanical engineering technology and MEP industry trends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field). Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the MEP industry. Proven experience in the design and implementation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Strong understanding of relevant local and international codes, standards, and regulations. Proficient in industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
