Design and Development Minimum 4 -8 years expierence in uae

Conceptualize and Design:

Develop and design mechanical systems, components, and machinery using CAD software.

Prototype Creation:

Create prototypes to test and validate design concepts and functionality.

Optimization:

Optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

Analysis and Testing:

Simulation:

Use simulation tools to analyze the mechanical performance of designs under various conditions.

Testing:

Conduct physical tests and experiments to evaluate the performance, durability, and safety of mechanical systems and components.

Problem Solving:

Identify and troubleshoot design and system issues, and develop solutions to address them.

Project Management:

Planning:

Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordination:

Work with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams, to ensure project goals are met.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, test results, and engineering reports.

Manufacturing and Production:

Process Improvement:

Improve manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and components.

Quality Control:

Ensure that manufactured components meet design specifications and quality standards.

Compliance and Standards:

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure designs and systems comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Documentation:

Prepare and review documentation for regulatory submissions and certification.

Maintenance and Support:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to operations and maintenance teams.
