Job Summary

• Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. ( Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting HVAC )
• Provide technical support and guidance during the installation process and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Proficient in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, Shop drawings & As-built drawings (coordination with drafting team), specifications, and progress reports.
• Ensure all work is documented by company policies and industry best practices. (WIR, MIR, RFI, Notification Letters, Variation Letters, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of all kinds of Local Authority rules and regulations.
• Having a valid UAE driving license.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in mechanical or Electrical Field with relevant MEP experience
• 4-7 years of experience in MEP engineering within a Contracting company.
• AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools
• HVAC design software (preferred)
• Civil Defence certified (advantage)
