Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in designing, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems for villa, residential, commercial, and building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the UAE construction industry with a focus on mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and drainage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical systems for villas, residential buildings, commercial establishments, and large-scale construction projects.
• Prepare detailed mechanical designs and calculations for HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and drainage systems.
• Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Review and approve mechanical drawings, material submittals, and equipment specifications.
• Perform site inspections to ensure that work is progressing according to the approved design and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues during installation and after completion.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Keep up to date with new mechanical technologies, methods, and local regulations in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering in UAE
• Skills:
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and drainage system design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and standards.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
• Location: Experience working in the UAE is mandatory.
