Job Description

Regular plant inspection.

Follow up with the plant equipment during the operations and off-site.

Monitor and follow up with the periodic and preventive maintenance for all plant equipment.

Evaluate the inspection of the equipment and evaluate the cleanliness and periodic maintenance.

Distribute jobs to the technicians in their fields and ensure that the repairing of existing faults.

Monitor the warehouse and purchase orders to provide spare parts required for the maintenance department.

Contribute to the overall performance improvement of the batch plant through implementing and developing maintenance process.

Ensure optimum equipment availability and performance at all times and minimum cost.

Job Requirements

Ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools.

Knowledge of engineering science and technology.

Design skills and knowledge.

Ability to work well with your hands.

Excellent attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills.

Practical skills for repairing and maintaining equipment.

Good knowledge of Ready Mix and concrete Business & operations.

Analytical thinking - problem solver that seeks the best solution(s)

Deep knowledge and command with electronic engines system, advanced hydraulic circuits, power train systems, wiring, and electrical systems, and undercarriage components.

Has the capability to adjust spare parts stock levels.

Awareness of maintenance types; preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

Previous experience in making plans then action plans for predictive maintenance.

Communicates effectively.

Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities.
