Job Title: Mechanical Draftsman - Static and Tank

Location: Dubai

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Mechanical Drafting for Oil and Gas Projects

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Design: Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and designs for static equipment and tanks used in oil and gas projects.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant drafting software to create accurate and detailed drawings.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.
• Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and equipment details.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings and designs, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Material Specification: Specify materials and components for static equipment and tank designs, considering durability, cost, and project requirements.
• Support: Provide drafting support during the construction and installation phases, making necessary adjustments to designs as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a mechanical draftsman, specifically in static equipment and tank design for oil and gas projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant drafting software.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, standards, and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in drafting and design work.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with project engineers and other team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design and drafting issues efficiently.
• Education: A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
