- Mechanical Draftsman - 3D

Develop shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, Co-ordination Drawings, As built Drawings, Installation Drawings, Proposal Drawings by Adapting Approved IFC Drawings.

Planning and Preparation of proposal drawings by the requirements of sales Dept. On the basis of building design.

Preparation of drawings by coordinating measurements and specifications from the Engineering team.

Co-ordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand the project requirements and recommended modifications as needed by the client or consultants.

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly for the installation.

Preparation of Documents such as Technical submittal, O&M Manual, Warranty Certificate, Reply to comments and Project handing over Documents.

Preparation of final Production BOQ.

Meeting with architects and engineers to discuss design ideas.

Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.

Worked on Australian town planning and building permit projects.

Making of 3D, Revit architecture as per the Client Details and standards.

Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.

Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations.

Requirement

Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Proficiency in 3D & AutoCAD.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
