We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with advanced expertise in AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed 2D and 3D designs , part drawings , fabrication drawings , P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and electrical drawings . Industrial experience, particularly in cement plant operations, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 2D part drawings and fabrication drawings for mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using AutoCAD .
• Create 3D models of mechanical systems and components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Design P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) for various systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Generate electrical drawings for control panels, circuits, and system integration.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure that designs meet functional, quality, and safety standards.
• Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
• Perform revisions to drawings based on feedback from engineers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure the feasibility of designs and efficient fabrication processes.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and technical documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD , including 3D modeling and 2D drafting .
• Strong experience in creating mechanical part drawings and fabrication drawings .
• Solid experience in designing P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and electrical drawings .
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks , SAFE , ETABS , or other similar software is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial processes , particularly in cement plant or similar industrial environments, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles , fabrication techniques , and electrical system design .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting and design, preferably within the cement plant industry or related industrial sectors.
• Experience working with structural analysis or civil engineering software (e.g., SAFE, ETABS) is a bonus.
• Familiarity with electrical systems design and experience in creating electrical schematics .

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
