University/High School degree in engineering.
Experience in the field with a strong technical background.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
Familiarity with 3D CAD systems, with experience in Autodesk Inventor being an advantage.
Orientation in the field of electric and hydraulic drives.
