Job Description
to Develop Revit Models from LOD 300 to 500 for HVAC, ELECTRICAL & PLUMPING by using Revit & CAD
• Review IFC drawings, documents and specifications, prepare Shop Drawings.
• Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing in addition to detailing drawings.
• Ensure shop drawings compliance with designs and to be properly coordinated with other disciplines by Rivet Model.
• Analyze all the given data and documents of the project.
• Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision.
• Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with the quantity surveyor.
• Coordinate with Document Control.
• Prepare the As built drawings by (Revit Model & CAD) to be submitted.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• HVAC/ELE/P&D BIM Modeling: 5 years (Preferred)
