Major Development in the Kingdom (GIGA PROJECTS) · Guide and direct the PMC's and consultants throughout the design phases of the project from the initial planning stage to detailed design and ensure that all assets' designs adhere to development expectations. · Lead meetings with the design consultants and PMCs, give recommendations, and discuss and resolve issues to ensure the project works efficiently. · Manage the team who are reviewing the design packages. · Provide direction and value engineering solutions to the design consultants and PMCs to keep the construction cost within the allocated budget as much as possible. · Provide technical advice to commercial teams on submitted VO's, claims, and proposed VE's. · Report the project status by the end of every review cycle in a checklist format. · Provide timely input into the technical review reporting dashboards.

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Chartered status is a plus. Experience : 15+ years of experience in mechanical design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects (Concept to IFC; no site supervision). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proactive approach to problem-solving with a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize based on project needs. Knowledge of building systems, energy technologies, sustainability schemes, and international and local design codes. Proven track record of completing projects from concept design to IFC. Ability to lead meetings and take corrective actions where stakeholders fail to deliver. #J-18808-Ljbffr
