• Produce engineering documents (such as drawings, technical illustrations, reports) and ensuring they are completed within the required timescales.
• Ensure all engineering documentations are produced - Drawings, Calculations, data sheets, procedures, manuals as required.
• Coordination with Vendor for new fabrication jobs, cost review and Documentation Issue engineering documents as required.
• Progress small and medium size engineering projects as allocated by the engineering manager or working as part of a team on larger projects.
• Provide engineering support to other departments
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and/or rig contractors as required.
• Asist materials procurement in a timely manner as dictated by the project concerned.
• Carry out other reasonable duties requested by the Engineering Manager

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• To participate and contribute to the development of the Project Execution Process.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong assertive character with the ability to engage with high level customers.
• Be self-motivated and a strong Team Player
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Access, Project & Outlook as well as AutoCAD
• Experience in an Engineering Environment
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Produce accurate work of consistent high quality and quantity.
• Good Presentation skills
• Able to work on own initiative.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience working in a Design Office with well-established processes in compliance with IS09001 and other Design Codes / Guidelines. (ASME, API, DNV-GL etc.)
• Project management within the Oil and Gas industry and/or Manufacturing/Fabrication.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Proficient on 3D Design software (specifically Solidworks) & 2D drafting software AutoCAD
• Ability to analyse the technical information for implementation in cost-effective ways.
• Good knowledge of machine design & equipment\'s operations cost-effective
• Self-starter, motivated, independent work skills, and project management skills.
• Good understanding on QHSE & Safety Management Systems
