Mechanical design engineer - HVAC - EPC Power & Water (Combined Cycle Power Plant)

Our client is one of the region's prominent engineering, procurement and construction contracting companies. It is classified by the government as a category 1 contractor, the highest rating, and is certified for ISO 9001:2015. They undertake major Civil, Infrastructure and Power Projects which include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Power Stations, Pumping Stations, Oil and Gas Pipelines, Refineries, Desalination Plants, Major Housing Projects, Commercial Buildings, as turnkey EPC Contractor, Prime Contractor and Major Sub-Contractor.

: EPC Project - Combined Cycle Power Plant

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

ADNOC experience is mandatory

8 to 10 years relevant experience in FEED, detail engineering working at an EPC contractor (mandatory EPC exp and in between consultant exp is okay).

Power Plant or water plant experience is a must.

Designing and developing HVAC systems for Oil & Gas, Power plant, EPC Projects.

Calculating heating and cooling load, sizing equipment, preparing and reviewing detailed technical drawings, design specifications, equipment schedules, layout for HVAC systems.

Designing and selecting various HVAC equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, AHU's, DX Units, exhaust, fans etc.
