• Have good knowledge and expertise in HVAC
• Responsible for the HVAC engineering design of air distribution and piping systems, to include specialty mechanical systems for new and renovated buildings.
• Prepare the design of the HVAC piping and air side systems to include the completion of code reviews, preparation of the basis of design
• You will be responsible for coordinating the work done by subcontractors.
• Ensure effective micro-management to guarantee that the execution aligns with the design specifications.
• Preparation of Revit CAD drawings, specification preparation, field investigations, and other such design as required to execute the HVAC construction.
• Ability to do the various HVAC related engineering tasks through a combination of drafting and engineering (performing building cooling demand load calculations, reviewing different HVAC design approaches, sizing equipment, and reviewing building energy consumption characteristics).
• Experience with HAP/ Trace/Hevacomp cooling load calculation software.
• Develop detailed construction documents, including mechanical drawings, equipment specifications, BOQs and control sequences.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in HVAC system design using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, HAP).
• Working knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and control systems for retail stores , offices and F&B projects.
• Understanding of building codes and standards related to HVAC systems.

Additional Skills (Beneficial):

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices for HVAC systems.
• Minimum 5 -10 years Experience working on interior design and commercial / residential fit out projects.
