The Role

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer o HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting with 10+ years of experience o Survey and evaluation of existing conditions. o Attend client meetings. o Development of project specifications. o Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. o Calculation of preliminary utility loads for coordination. o Development of initial Plumbing system concepts. o Design of Plumbing systems. o Calculation of preliminary water, gas, sanitary/sewer and storm loads for utility coordination. o Develop project specifications. o Performance of construction administration. o Development of initial Plumbing and Fire Protection system concepts. o Construction Administration. o Assist with Project Management.



Requirements

• With 10 years' experience working for a MEP Design Consultancy firm o Degree Holder (4 years) o Can Lead a team of engineers/CAD/BIM operators o Has worked in the Middle East Region o Ready to join immediately
