• Utilize advanced BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks) to create accurate 3D models of mechanical systems based on project requirements and design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate mechanical systems with overall building designs and ensure constructability.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM tools to identify and resolve conflicts between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications related to mechanical systems for construction documentation.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design phases through to construction and commissioning.
• Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and local regulations applicable to mechanical systems in the UAE.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience and previous experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in BIM modeling and documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and standards.
