Mechanical AutoCAD Draftsman WINTER Refrigeration is currently looking for a Mechanical AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities:
- Mechanical AutoCAD Drafting (Industrial Refrigeration Applications, Oil & Gas Applications)
- Drafting and reviewing engineering documents (P&ID, PFD, Fabrication/Shop Drawings, etc.)
- Reviewing Project Specifications
- Generate/Compile Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Communication with the production department to provide required drawings based on the project schedule
- As-built drawings of completed projects
- Perform other design duties as required
- Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- Work experience of 1-2 years in mechanical design and related AutoCAD drafting
- Professional knowledge in AutoCAD design is mandatory (2D, 3D is advantageous)
- Proven work experience in ASME codes and standards - ASME Sec 8 Div.1
- Willing to develop/extend skills with new challenges
- Being attentive and having a sharp eye on the details
- Able to work within strict deadlines
- Experience/knowledge in drafting in the field of Refrigeration / HVAC / MEP is advantageous
