Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhauling of hydraulic systems, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and engines. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.

Inspect, maintain, and repair centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, and other pump types.

Troubleshoot and repair industrial compressors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Overhaul and repair gearboxes, ensuring smooth operation and longevity of mechanical equipment.

Perform complete engine overhauls, including diagnostics, disassembly, reassembly, and testing.

Diagnose mechanical issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.

Maintain, install, and repair mechanical equipment such as conveyors, motors, valves, and other industrial machinery.

Perform top overhauling of engines.

Perform vehicle brake system servicing and overhauling.

Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.

Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and any parts replaced.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the effective operation of all mechanical equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a mechanic specializing in hydraulic systems, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and engine overhauls.

Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Experience in using diagnostic tools and machinery for repairs and maintenance.

Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in mechanical work.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and the ability to document work and communicate issues effectively.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma ITI or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training preferred).

At least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably in industrial settings.

Pay: AED100.00 - AED150.00 per month
