Job location: Al ain Candiadte MUST be in UAE min 2 years UAE experience as MechanicTECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:xc2xb7 Proven experience as Mechanic xc2xb7 Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components xc2xb7 Have good knowledge Vehicles, Club car & Quad bikes (preferable), and other technical skills. xc2xb7 Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly. xc2xb7 Excellent ability to communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding. xc2xb7 Exhibit good mechanical skills to handle equipment to avoid causing injuries to self and others on ground. xc2xb7 Ability to Handle CMMS and manage work orders (preferable).SKILLS / ABILITY xc2xb7 To understand and adhere to rules and regulations in departmental operational manuals and employee development. xc2xb7 Incumbent must be able to work well as a team member; must be self-driven, reliable, and responsible. xc2xb7 Carryout all duties that are necessary in resolving reactionary activities and report the need for further maintenance and safety to supervising staff. xc2xb7 Ensure the proper use of various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and precision measurement tools (e.g. callipers) xc2xb7 Carryout detailed evaluation of workshop equipment to ensure that they are in good condition for proper functioning. xc2xb7 Assist less skilled workers in vehicle maintenance and review works performed by them to ensure that they are in good condition.RESPONSIBILITIES xc2xb7 Inspect vehicles, equipment and run diagnostic tests to identify any issues. xc2xb7 Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems xc2xb7 Repair faulty equipment units and vehicles and aiming for maximum reliability. xc2xb7 Provide consultation on corrective and preventative maintenance procedures. xc2xb7 Plan and schedule repairs based on priorities. xc2xb7 Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and vehicles to ensure everything is up to standard. xc2xb7 Perform general maintenance tasks including masonry, painting, and carpentry. xc2xb7 Maintain the inventory records for equipment and materials.Salary AED 2500-5000 + food + accommodation + transportation + employment visa
