Your Mission
• Cooling business developer: Understand Market situation, target business opportunities and focus on key battles: Deploy Methodology, Action Plan and KPI's with countries. Drive and Coordinate the MEA Key Initiatives: Contribute to success on MEA achievement.
• "Cooling Product line" role: Responsible for reaching cooling targets. Ensure proper and efficient product introduction. Be the voice of countries.
• "Transfer of experience" role: Support MEA countries to develop cooling product line and ensure proper level of skills by organizing regular training courses or sessions to empower people.
• Channel initiatives: Ensure full empowerment of channels and autonomy to develop cooling business
• Specifier program: Ensure cooling promotion through Specifier community
• Segment initiatives: Ensure full collaboration and support of segment leaders (C&SP, Edge, C&I..) to develop cooling business.
Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
• Cooling business lead : Responsible for promoting cooling product lines.
• Work closely to the LOB to deploy Strategy and set-up relevant MEA tactical plan
• Ensure message consistency and product positioning
• Implement sales guidances
• Support training effort
• Drive product introductions
• Provide assistance to Countries to support the Product business
• Increase Service Mindset on the zone
• Align product pricing (lists & multiplier with hardware) by sub-region
• Participate in forecasting product lines
• Support & challenge countries to develop profitable cooling sales growth
• Support MEA countries to achieve their revenue and margin targets
• Ensure action plan consistency through product portfolio and key initiatives
• Detect Business opportunities (Channels, vertical Market...)
• Set-up and follow-up Education plan with country Management
• Monitor sales KPI's, analyze and define corrective actions to boost business in line with the plan of record
Qualifications:
• Engineering Degree
• MBA preferred
• 5 years min product management
• 5 years product marketing
• MS Project, Excel, PPT etc
• Excellent spoken and written English essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization and analytical planning skills
• Results oriented; customer focused and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving the goal
• Track record of delivery
• Persistent, courageous (not afraid to question decisions)
• Ability to work well under pressure to deadlines
• Domestic and international travel as needed
