Apple is looking for a MEA Affordability Executive to develop the most attractive consumer finance propositions across MEA in collaboration with banks, NBFIs and Trade-in vendors. Making our products more affordable to larger audiences through our channel partners is a top priority for the company. This is a high visibility and critical role for a driven and ambitious professional, working cross functionally with Apple leadership, sales teams, sales finance and marketing. Externally the role is expected to build partnerships with regional banks, NBFIs, and trade in vendors with the goal of executing the most attractive value propositions at our channel partners.Description DescriptionWork in collaboration with the central affordability team on the design, development and roll out of offer strategies across different sales channels in MEA (Carriers, Retailers, Independent Retail). Propose new offer ideas, partnerships and concepts that will drive performance for Apple and our reseller partners Closely partner with internal sales teams and leaders on the development and deployment of affordability solutions with channel partners Design and drive affordability initiatives and strategies within regional / country / account plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, base mgmt, sales finance, advocacy) to ensure successful rollout of programs Work with central and WW affordability teams on strategy, partner engagements, best practices sharing, reporting, and tool development Manage reseller workshops to inspire best in class Consumer Offer practices, scope out potential, and create strategic alignment on execution. Ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders have buy-in and are part of the process. Develop relationships with relevant affordability enablers (e.g., banks, NBFIs, trade-in vendors) Track partner performance and capabilities development of key affordability levers across the region Create and enhance trackers / reports to support communication internally and externally Summarize and present status, performance and key findings to regional leadership Identify best practices to aid development of playbooks internally Become the \xe2\x80\x9cAffordability trusted advisor\xe2\x80\x9d and go-to person for marketing, sales finance and sales teams in MEAMinimum Qualifications Minimum QualificationsKey Qualifications Key Qualifications
An outstanding track record developing consumer finance propositions in banks and/or non-banking financial institutions.
Expertise in understanding commercial value chain of payment schemes across issuing and acquiring businesses.
A track record of developing and delivering consumer credit propositions like personal loans, durables finance, auto lending programs
Proven ability to drive bank negotiations by leveraging analysis of asset and liability busines
A proven track record of delivering channel based consumer finance programs on a multi-territory, basis to include emerging markets.
In depth meaningful experience developing affordability solutions
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
Strong project management and organization skills, able to prioritise tasks effectively
Strategic and structured thinking for the development of new programs
Excellent analytical and business modelling skills, coupled with high attention to detail

Exposure to reward, loyalty and co-brand products in a bank preferred. Expertise in eCommerce and digital lending preferred. Experience in carrier affordability propositions is preferred.
International experience and proficiency in different languages preferred.
