Leading transaction advisory work by:
Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities
Sourcing and leading investor reachouts on behalf of companies management
Supporting transactions through due diligence and post-investment strategy
Conducting market assessment and ongoing trend analysis by:
Undertaking macroeconomic, regulatory, and operational assessments
Providing sector analysis of priority areas for investment
Driving CrossBoundarys growth in new markets by:
Pitching and overseeing proposal responses for strategic new business opportunities that are aligned with CrossBoundarys mission
Identifying and synthesizing key trends amongst our clients and the geographies which we serve
Managing investor relationships
