About The Role As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of complex oral and facial conditions that require surgical intervention. You will perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implant placements, jaw reconstructions, and facial trauma reconstructions. Collaboration with other dental and medical professionals will be a key aspect of this role, ensuring comprehensive and integrated patient care. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' oral and facial conditions, taking into account their medical and dental histories Develop personalized treatment plans and perform surgical procedures as required Perform extractions, dental implant placements, jaw reconstructions, and facial trauma reconstructions Diagnose and treat oral diseases, infections, and deformities Collaborate with other dental and medical specialists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Provide post-operative care and closely monitor patient recovery Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery

Requirements

Hold dental and medical degrees Proven experience in performing a diverse range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures Expertise in advanced surgical techniques and technologies Thorough knowledge of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, pathology, and treatment principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex surgical cases Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
