Job Description

A royal family based in Abu Dhabi (approx one hour drive from Dubai) is looking for a newborn care specialist/maternity nurse to start soon in September. The schedule will be 7 days a week for the first 8 weeks dropping to 6 days a week after that, and the booking is ideally for a year, with an initial 6-month contract that will ideally be extended for a further 6 months. Candidates should be extremely experienced, comfortable in a fully staffed environment, and willing to work alongside the family (including extended family) to ensure the best possible care for the babies. There will be additional childcare providers within the home to support the successful candidates and to fill in if extra sleep, hours or days off are required, and the daily schedule will include a 4hr break. The families spend the summer months in the UK and are open to candidates sometimes staying at home if they are UK-based. The NCS/maternity nurse will have her own apartment in Abu Dhabi, and will be able to return to their home country for visits if needed - a mutually respectful, positive and constructive environment is important to the families, they would like their maternity nurses / NCS to feel fulfilled in their role and be able to stay for the long-haul.
