Job Summary :

The Fragrance Material Handler is responsible for the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of fragrance materials used in the production of perfumes, colognes, and other fragrance-based products. The position is responsible to assist the day to day activities of warehouse related to maintaining inventory of warehouse supplies which includes ordering, receiving and allocating the demand products, arranging spaces and the cleanliness of work area as well to complies with warehouse rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality

Functional Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining inventory of warehouse supplies which includes ordering, receiving and allocating the demand products.
• Assist in maintaining the adequate stock in the warehouse in accordance with the demand/seasons.
• Assist in maintaining the FIFO (first in first out) system for F&B Products.
• Issue and Load the ready products for Local Market according to the product request document received from the supervisor / line manager
• Receive and storage of returned products based on supervisor / line manager guides
• Assist in ensuring there is a sufficient space available in warehouse to stock unexpected demands.
• Assist in ensuring the periodical cleaning is taken care in the Warehouse and surroundings.
• To ensure that all Health & Safety practices and procedures are followed appropriately.
• Maintaining the professional reputation of the company at all times.
• Thorough knowledge of the standard methods, equipment, materials, tools, and practices of the work involved.

To follow GMP and QMS guidelines for a better work place management

Qualification:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in material handling or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in material handling, inventory management, or warehouse operations, preferably in a fragrance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
