Job Description
:
- Coordinate with Planning, stores and assembly line and arrange timely material supply.
- Should check BOM material description and physical material details while issuing
- Should record the shortages
- Should arrange with stores and planning for standard / sequential parts replenishment
- Should arrange materials in shop floor as per allocated and designated space
- Should record excess material issued through BOM and should be returned back to stores as per procedure
- Rejection material and Defected materials should be cleared on daily basis from shop floor as per procedure
- Perform cycle count and inventory correction in system
- ITI - Mechanical / HVAC
- Able to operate material handling equipment
- Able to perform and understand assembly works
- Able to work in MS excel and word
- Fork lift operations certificate will be a plus
